Mobile Health Application for tracking Dog Health Information
It can be challenging to understand what factors affect your dog's (s) health as a dog owner. Unfortunately, it can be easy for well-meaning dog owners to get caught up in one aspect of their dog's health and ignore the rest.
Furtrieve is a GPS technology company that is transforming how people can track their pets. Furtrieve enables pet owners to track and recover their dog if it gets lost, with the help of a Furtrieve tracking collar and a Furtrieve mobile app.
"How might we design a dog health app that would enable them to break into the pet health domain"
Furtrieve wants to develop a new product called Furtrieve Health, which will be an app that enables users to track their pet’s health by monitoring factors such as weight, food intake, behavior, and activity.
Users can review their dog’s health data at a glance and share it with a veterinarian
Helps users identify changes in their dog’s activity, behavior, medical conditions and diet and take actions as needed.
Users can view their dog’s daily behavior by switching between behavior indicators such as happiness, anxiety, and curiosity.
Users can monitor their dog’s weight and check with a veterinarian if there is rapid increase or decrease in weight.
Users can keep track of their dog’s food. Clicking on a food would display nutrition information about that food.
Users can update their dog’s profiles and use the app to track multiple dogs if applicable.
